Our assisted living program offers a wide variety of services to promote the well-being of the whole person -- mentally, spiritually, socially, & physically, and also the feeling of security that comes with round the clock availability to care. Fallbrook Woods is unique in many ways from other assisted living programs. Perhaps most importantly, we offer aging in place. This means that as the majority of our residents' needs change, we continue to be right by their side, allowing them to stay at their home, Fallbrook Woods. Our highest priority is the well-bring of our residents. RNs are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We have a doctor who comes into the facility on a weekly basis, who accepts new residents as his patients, a podiatrist who visits quarterly, and a psychiatric nurse affiliated with the local hospital who comes weekly. We work closely with local home health and hospice services as needed, which allows us to keep residents who may need a higher level of care. Using outside services also means that residents can have physical, occupational, and speech therapies in the comfort of their own home. We are committed to providing excellent care, which is evidenced by our last state survey. Our staff is professionally trained, and we keep a high staff to resident ratio. We don't use an "a la carte" billing system; each resident pays a flat daily rate which includes meals, laundry, housekeeping and care. Services given as part of the daily rate include:

• Assistance with medications
• Three meals and three snacks a day, including special diets
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Arranging transportation for medical appointments
• Comprehensive care plan, which includes input from family members and physicians
• Fully furnished room (personal furnishings are also acceptable)
