Fallbrook Woods Assisted Living is a small residential care facility located in the North Deering section of Portland, Maine. We're close enough to the hub of the city to enjoy the sights and cultural activities the city has to offer, but live in a secluded area, away from the noise and the rush. Our 56 residents are divided into two communities, Stroudwater Boulevard, for residential care, and Payson Boulevard, for residents with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias.
